Beginner: A good place to start that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. This is a class of easy yoga posture for people new to yoga. The class includes instruction in basic poses or asanas, Anusara Yoga alignments, breathing techniques and relaxation. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Level I&II: This is a mixed level class, while suitable for some beginners, it offers more of a challenge, moves at a faster pace, and provides more detailed asana and alignment instruction.

Slow Stretch: Our Slow Stretch class is a place for healing and introspection. It
is geared towards anyone who needs a very gentle yoga practice
including seniors, people with physical challenges, cancer
patients and survivors, and anyone else looking for a gentle
approach. The class includes breathing, relaxation, restorative poses and gentle
movements to open the joints and safely stretch muscles while also building mucscular strength.
The focus is on self acceptance and care. We welcome you in whatever
physical condition you may be in and look forward to working
with you.

Private Lesson: An opportunity to have one-on-one yoga instruction with the teacher of your choice. Evaluate where you are in your practice and get personalized instruction to help you move forward. For new students, this is an optimal way to learn the basic elements of yoga at your own pace and to get all your questions answered. For those with physical challenges, your private lesson will tailor the poses to your body's abilities and teach you how to modify your practice in a group class situation.
Our Policies
Class cards are not transferable and all classes are void after the expiration date. No Exceptions.
Merchandise may be returned for credit at the store or towards classes. No cash refunds.
